good location, and I like the big ocean and beach view, the bed is big and comfort, the room is big and have kitchen equipment, like microwave, fridge and cutlery.

no cleaning service, then staff told us they will only do room cleaning if we stay there more than 7 days. and we arrived in mid night, I have been trying to contact them before the trip but there's no reply, I finally phoned them from my country, then the staff was nice, she facetimed me to show me around and guided me how to contact their 24/7 customer service to check in, however, after we arrived the resort, the staff gave us a wrong card key, that we can't access the room, we ended up waiting for over 1 hour, and finally got into our room at 2am ...

I loved how close the property is to the ocean and the view that they offer.

We had multiple problems with access to our room we could not get in. We would get locked out and our keys will not let us in. They had to come up to our room and remove the lock on our door two different times to fix it. it was a huge inconvenience.

Die Lage war perfekt, ebenso der Ausblick. Man konnte vom Balkon aus Wale und Schildkröten beobachten. Die Ausstattung war ebenso super.

Keine Zimmerreinigung bei fünf Tagen und man benötigt beim schlafen definitiv ohropax! Klimaanlage hat getropft.
