Drugs being done around the motel in plan site, lock on door was broken. Door between units looked like it had be kicked in. Room was dirty, visible mold. No one in office to discuss the deplorable conditions. Left without staying and canceled with Booking.com

The hotel was nothing like the pictures on the website. The outdoor straits were unsafe the hand rail was loose and barely attached to the building. The hallway entrance door was broken and did not secure. The hallway was dark and had trash in it. The room was small and dirty. The bed had dirt on the sheets the microwave had a hole in the side that was taped with tape the air conditioner was duck taped in the window there was little to no hot water.

To be honest, the only good thing about this motel is, it's very close to the beach and situated in a good neighborhood. but the motel itself is poorly maintained and the room where we stayed was so dirty and smelly :( the bedsheets were dirty and the floor was filthy. I urged the person who was working there(owner?) to give me a clean sheet and I changed it myself. the corridor smells so bad with mold and musty smell! I was shocked when I saw the condition when I arrived there! the payment was non refundable so we stayed for the days we paid. the fridge and tables were filthy so I bought a disinfectant wipe and cleaned it myself before using it. the bath tub was dirty so we used our flip flop whenever we took shower and used our own towels and soap. in general, it's shocking this kind of dirty place get a permission to give service for customers without full filing the basic health qualifications. I'm wondering how the county didn't have the heath unit come and check this kind of place before giving them a licence?! It's really concerning and very sad place. I do not recommend it to anyone. In fact this place need to be shut down or remodeled and refurnished before giving any service to anyone. Thanks! Suzy

The room is filthy, the corridor smells so bad, the customer service person is terrible, the toilet and the bedsheets are so dirty, the fridge unplugged and smelly, the TV doesn't work, the table and the floor was extremely dirty. :(

Location was excellent. One block from beach. Two blocks from restaurants and stores.

Sink was backing up. Towel bar fell off wall. Tile floor was dirty. Window did not fully close, letting in cold air. Window blind was 6 inches shorter than the window.

The area around the property was nice. However, bed sheets were stained, room was filthy and covered with black mold. The owner was extremely rude.
