It needs an overhaul. For the price you pay, it looked neglected and cheap. The spa in the pool area was filled with sand and used as a garden bed. The restaurants all had the same menu. The breakfast buffet was average and the scrambled egg was disgusting.

I like it catered to family’s and had family rooms and the options of bassinet and room service. I think a small downside was that the locks on the main door of our room allowed our toddler to keep Unlocking it. Even with the chain on. Maybe a bolt at the top of the door very high up would ensure less anxiety of parents thinking children can escape out of their rooms.

Unfortunately my husband skipped his gym so we could get to the hotel earlier. When arriving at the gym there wasn’t much equipment and it was very very dated. Therefore, he couldn’t work out. The receptionist did apologise but we felt they shouldn’t have advertised the gym when really it’s not functional. We were reflecting a lot better considering it’s a resort.

The gardens and bird life are awesome. The restaurant food was exceptional although v expensive.

The rooms although spacious are dated and smelt very musty. The bathroom was very dated in need of an upgrade. There was black mould above the bath/shower ( not a walk in shower as described) the sink had a massive crack in the bowl, the shower leaked water along the shelf where belongings were kept. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom did not close. No extra pillows and very thin walls!

Everything, the room was spacious clean and outstanding water pressure was through the roof

The check in process was easy and quick. The beds were comfy. The staff were friendly.

There was an old piece of food under one of the beds in the bedroom. My toddler found it. Luckily I cleaned it up before he could touch it. It was an old piece of muesli bar. The TV in the room was incredibly slow. Almost unusable. It kept cutting out of YouTube and going back to the home screen.

It was comfortable, Quiet.

Shower inside the tub. No microwave. A funny dump like smell when we opened the day .
