Location

The room, toilet, bathroom, and blanket were not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. The coffee machine was extremely dirty, making it feel unhygienic to use. There was dust throughout the room, and the bathtub contained visible hair residue. Additionally, the blanket provided on the bed was stained with what appeared to be blood, requiring us to request a replacement. Overall, the room was not adequately cleaned, particularly considering the presence of young children, and did not meet basic hygiene expectations.

Very friendly and professional staff. Comfy bed. Beautiful grounds.

Dated furniture. Dirty shower glass. Squeaky and stiff water tap. No shower gel (just soap bar). Dusty room. Relatively large gap in door at night so hallway light shone through. Breakfast spread was average. Birds in the cage were sad to see.
