Le personnel était très sympa

Dans les couloirs ça sentait comme mes chaussettes après un marathon Dans la chambre ça sentait le produit chimique et la climatisation faisait un bruit infernal. La déco doit dater de la WW1 et le petit déjeuner était pitoyable. Et tout ça pour la modique somme de 200$ Pas digne d’un bonvoy

What makes this hotel so special is the staff. From the moment you enter the door Jerry greets you and treats you as though you have entered a five star resort. I did encounter some problems with noise and he took care of the it immediately and professionally. I also ordered room service and it was delivered quickly and the food was very good. The staff here is amazing. But again, I must say Jerry is one of the best I’ve ever meet in this business!

"Best Residence Inn"

Fabulous hotel. Beautifully maintained and fabulous customer service. They really understand hospitality. This is probably the best Residence Inn I've ever stayed at. Whoever owns this franchise should be training all of the other Residence Inn owners.
