Six Flags Great Escape Lodge & Indoor Waterpark

We got switched to a much better room, but had to spend the night in an awful one first. Convenient to have water park and food on site.

Hotel needs to replace old mattresses and couches and generally provide better maintenance of rooms. Water park was half closed the whole time we stayed there. Did not feel like a good value for the $$ we spent.

Well staffed. Clean rooms. Great location

The restaurants cold breakfast at one. Plastic utensils at another.

Staff was so friendly. Great for younger children.

It needs additional breakfast options.

I like the water park, you had to wait for clean towels

My reservation was supposed to be 2 adults and 4 kids. When I got there they said only two kids were on the reservation so I had to pay more money. I was not happy. Then I had to deal with a drunk lady causing problem near my room she was saying racial words that were not called for.

Complimentary towels with room number. Activities for the kids Free parking arcade was fun

Water park should open at 9 am, restaurant attached to waterpark was closed for lunch 1 day due to problems accepting credit cards, beds were very soft, didn’t have shampoo first day and shower made a horrible noise the whole time showering!
