This is not a good hotel. Basic - fair enough for the cost I guess. Unclean - no excuse for this - hair and accessories left in bathroom from previous guest. Toilet was unclean too. Poor facilities - the ‘fitness room’ is pathetic. Breakfast was ok. Location for the hospital is good.

Very good hotel nice and clean and rooms good size with all the right facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room nice and big with all the facilities you would expect. Would stay in one of these hotels again.

Lovely clean room, the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, reception staff efficient, great value. I would book again. Near to the centre and plenty of shops in walking distance. Lovely touch was the soft robe placed on the bed.

Fine twin double-bedded room with bath, exactly to our spec. Plenty of hot water and a good temp in the room. The breakfast was a standard quality buffet with full-English available but what gave it top marks was the solid marble table tops and comfortable chairs.

We have stayed here a couple of times and would stay again. Staff are polite, rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. Food is good and portion sizes are good also. Plenty of free parking. Central to Plymouth. Can't really hear traffic unless windows open, but rooms have air conditioning. If I could give one negative, the small tables in the room were wobbly and well used.

The location is great for us when we visit and its always reasonably priced and love having 2 double beds in the room.

The bar should stay open longer for hotel residents.
