Heated towel rail in bathroom was too hot and temp couldn’t be controlled. This could be a safety risk if rail were used for balance when getting in or out of the bath.

Very close to Derriford hospital

My room looked at the rear car park and bins which were quite noisily loaded and emptied late and night and early morning.
