Very disappointed with my experience at Future Inn Plymouth. The restaurant was poorly managed, with extremely slow service and staff who were inattentive throughout the visit. We were never made to feel welcome, and the overall customer service was well below what I would expect from a hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, this appeared to reflect a lack of management and organisation rather than the efforts of individual staff members. The food was also disappointing and did not meet expectations. The hotel itself left a lot to be desired. Cleanliness was not up to standard, and based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel or restaurant. There are far better places to stay and dine in Plymouth.
