Excellent Great place Great location

Very pretty and artsy condo in Montrose.

Our thermostat to our room was controlled by our neighbors and we were not told this. It was not clear where breakfast was and manager wouldn't respond to text or phone call. She became rude to me on the phone.

Lisa was really sweet, and helped us out a lot . Place was semi clean, we did find two live roaches. Parking was okay , sometimes we had to park pretty far from our actual building which was a little inconvenient since I had a surgery. Breakfast was included but it was really just omelettes, fruit and granola daily. Would have liked some range considering how long most people stay. The people we shared a building with were extremely loud and were always burning food stinking up our entire bedroom… but other than that it was decent for what we needed.

I will come back!!

There was some confusion in the type of accommodation required, but Lisa went out of her way to correct our accommodation. Very laid back and friendly bnb. Cook to order breakfast in a family environment. This is not a 5 star hotel, but I’d take modern bnb over any other place in the city. Can’t wait to go back!
