"Friendly, inviting, comfortable and relaxing."

I had to leave before breakfast due to a medical appointment. However the freshly brewed coffee was ready and I enjoyed a cup before I left. There were ready made to go food if you needed a bite before going. The dining area was clean and friendly.

No fault of the host but I would have liked to have stayed for the breakfast. I enjoyed everything else.

"A great find"

This is a gem of a place to stay, so pleased we chose it. Our room was great and we were lucky to have a communal space to ourselves. Breakfast each morning was lovely and great conversation. Friendly and caring hosts. Easy walk to supermarkets and restaurants. In a suburban area that was quiet. A great place to be stuck on snow day.

Breakfast was very good. Extremely spacious; common room was really nice.

A few amenities missing: no kleenex, no glasses in bathroom. One bedside lamp was not working; had to use overhead light which was bit stark. Main room felt a bit bare.
