Hampton Inn & Suites Grove City

Property outside was under construction and we weren’t notified until after booking. It wasn’t a problem. We only were staying one night and didn’t check in till 930pm. Breakfast was better than most places. Queen beds at the Hampton as with other budget friendly hotels seem smaller. If you’re going to be under construction maybe offer a discount.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is clean and close to the outlets which are awesome! Lots of great do going choices nearby and rooms are very nice. Have stayed numerous times while visiting my child at college and would stay again.

Workers was very friendly. Place was nice even if it was under construction. Hot tub was nice but tiner didnt work. Pool was cold but nice. Only thing i found wrong was no luggage carriers

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Five stars for the staff. There was construction on the outside, but the inside also needs work. The wallpaper was peeling away from the windows, there was no hot water in our shower, the whirlpool didn't work in the hot tub, and water ran from the ceiling behind the paint in the pool area.

I was a bit hesitant to book at this location after reading a few spotty reviews. The hotel is undergoing an exterior renovation but this was not an issue on the weekend. Service was very good especially at breakfast with special proactive attention to dietary needs. Breakfast workers kept everything clean, cleared plates and even offered to slice apples! The location is super convenient to the outlets and I-79.

I've been a heavy business traveler for 20+ years. Hotels and service since the pandemic has not been great; the consistency and experiences have just not been the same. This hotel was a great experience - you can tell the owners/management takes pride in their hotel and strives to provide a positive experience for the traveler.
