I felt unsafe and asked to switch rooms so I wasn't on the 1st floor in a handicap room with a shower n just wanted a room with tub not even a suite I didn't care just wanted off the 1st floor n she said since I booked 3rd party I couldn't switch and I said paid cash it wasn't through a 3rd party but since I found the room in Expedia I couldn't switch rooms unless I wanted to repay the full amount because they don't give cash refunds so we paid $600 for a hotel that we couldn't even switch to a different room

Property was very clean with the fresh remodel.

Property is displaying false advertising as per the pool and hot tub. The pool was not at all the pool in the picture. Hot tub was non existent & there was absolutely no patio furniture. No chairs, stools, tables, NOTHING! I specifically purchased this stay for the hot tub, hoping to relieve my physical pain and discomfort to no avail.
