Desayuno básico pero bueno!!

Llegamos en la noche a hacer el check in, confiando en que habíamos reservado con anticipación, y resultó que nos habían cancelado la habitación, porque ya no tenían

The location was great and my husband & kids enjoyed the breakfast and all the options.

The room was dirty, we checked in late Friday night and when I noticed it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped I checked the bed and towels and all that was clean and in order, so I let it go, but then the following morning I was the first one to use the bathroom and there was hair in the tub and a drop of blood right by the toilet and that confirmed the floors were never touched by the cleaning staff. I cleaned it up and at check out I let the front staff know. I didn’t take any photos even though I thought about it, but just know i’ll never stay there again.

Room size, new bathroom, air conditioning, and TV were very good.

The hotel was undertaking major refurbishing, so many facilities were closed like gym, restrooms, etc. Breakfast quality was below average compared with other Hampton hotels.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites at 300 W Nolana Loop, Pharr, TX 78577. I spoke to the General Manager Veronica to see if she could compensate me for part of the amenities that did not work on our room, TV, phone, smell of paint at the continental breakfast area, but she stated there was nothing she could do since we went through a third party vendor. What does the reservation desk have to do with a non working TV, Phone, and the smell of the hotel?

The hotel was under construction and this caused so many problems! I have never had such an experience at Hampron Inn, I usually book Hampton because of work-out rooms, interior rooms for added safety, free breakfast and comfort. The smells of the construction made me sick. It caused a cough and headache that lasted the the whole 4 days I stayed. When I returned home the headache and cough ended, The work out room was closed, the doors of the hotel were propped open all night, the breakfast was, at best sub par at best. I let the staff know, but they were working through it too!

The property was great, although the construction made it a little difficult because of all the dust
