Personnel aimable, bon emplacement, nuit tranquille

Ascenseur n’a pas fonctionné 2/3 jours, chambre trop petite pour loger deux petites valises, mauvaise réception de la télévision, pas d’eau chaude le matin, cheveux partout par terre dans la chambre, déjeuner ordinaire (œufs froids, patates froides, café imbuvable), musique inappropriée pendant le repas.

Fantastic 3 night stay at Muthu Regent. We knew about the Parking so used the Car Park across the road, topping up every morning. Not a major problem. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic, check in was quick, pleasant and easy. We'd chosen Sea View doubles and the views from.the 4th floor were fantastic. Clean and huge bed, new bathroom and great shower. Cleaned daily and new crisp sheets on the 2nd night. We had breakfast which was great and evening meal which again was really good. Close to all amenities and the Ferry we used for our Iona trip. All in all a fantastic stay and recommend. Yes the outside could definitely use a clean and lick of paint !

Bedroom was absolutely beautiful with a lovely comfortable bed and great shower

The bar and restaurant hours are posted as Breakfast 7.30-10am Dinner 6-9 pm Bar 1-11 pm First night we returned at 7.50 to a closed bar and restaurant Second night bar again closed when we returned about 9 The staff completely cleared away the breakfast buffet at 9.45

Room in loft. Not enough space around the bed. Sink blocked so no washing facilities and unable to clean teeth. Shaving mirror but wats the point if no electric shaving point. Only one lift and far too small for size of hotel. Arrival of coach ment 20 minute wait to get to top floor
