Amabilidad del staff.

Dentro del hotel hay una agencia de turismo llamada Prisma Travel. Son unos estafadores. Deben tener cuidado. No utilizar esa agencia.

1. No había espejos en la habitación solo en el baño y estaban altos. 2. Cada vez que usábamos el baño salía mucha agua hacia el pasillo

El sitio es todo incluido pero no piensan en los niños ya que no encontramos en helados para ello teníamos q salir del hotel para comprar
