Th e bar upstairs

The reservation bas service the food terrible. The 24 hr bar had nothing. No drinks in the pool. All.meals horrible. Bathroom was.so small.the door hardly opened and hit toilet

Wonderful staff, very friendly. Food was good and plentiful. The place is long overdue for an upgrade. My sea view room window was dirty, and the frame was falling apart. Very cold, white room with no character. A/C in the room hardly worked.

En general las instalaciones, los cócteles del bar que tienen en el segundo nivel y la cafetería capricho delicioso todo.

Esperar tanto en los snack y la barra 24/7muy tardado el servicio. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no funcionaban tanto

The best feature is its location… perfect access to beach front…

Well, many things happened: 1. Upon arrival, they were not prepared for receiving a large group of guest, it was like if they intended to make us wait almost 2 hours on the counter, just to be late for the attractions on the first day. 2. They didn’t explained correctly how to get the beach towels or how to use the laundry services, extra time lost. 3. The hot water was not always available, and once we got it, it was shut off before finishing the shower. 4. It’s more a 3 star hotel, than the 4 star hotel you put in the Booking app.
