Staff was wonderful the area was nice across the street from the beach couldn’t be in a better location.

The ac in our room was not working properly and they never came to fix it. The WiFi didn’t work properly. There was a small mini bar near the pool but nothing was given to us in our room fridge. When we checked in it took more than an hour for us to be helped even though they saw us with suitcases. The cleaning lady took forever to clean the room and forgot to give us clean towels. We came back one day at 5pm and the room had not been cleaned.

I’ve been to other resorts and even the one in San andres which is the same name and owner I believe is 100 times better than the one in Cartagena. It was the worse experience I had.. towels were extremely old and the over charge for those old towels if something happened to them (you cannot imagen). I asked staff for multiple essential things such an iron since day one, we’ll never got it in the 5 days I stayed there. All inclusive??? There’s no water something as essential as water no you have to go and ask for a 6 oz cup of water (this is very important for someone that don’t drink alcohol) keep in mind to give bottles of water and have some in the room even if you charge some extra dollars it would be much better… The cleaning lady for the room was great, as well as the people in the dinning area they were always helpful.. ohhh almost forgot don’t even think about going inside the pool area if you are not going into the water or going in with a towel because if not you are not allow to go in… good luck staying in this “RESORT” if I were you I would not. Instead go to the one in San andres :) highly recommended.

Friendly staff, location right by the beach (if that’s your topmost priority)

The hotel is quite jaded and in urgent need of a complete renovation. Few and small communal spaces. The food options were uninspiring and seating was limited. Noise level in the main dining area unbearable during peak hours. The air conditioning in the rooms can only be set at “Super cool” or “Off”. Bath rooms are tiny and the amenities very basic and limited. No rooms with balconies. Elevator capacity low, so waiting times typically frustrating. Loud music from the “club area” started at around 5 pm and went on until midnight, so if you’re sound sensitive, be sure to get a room well away from that. Only one, quite small pool that was overcrowded with kids playing . The pool beds were few so don’t expect to get one. No gym. Location right by the beach in a very touristy area with restaurants and shops but nothing much else to see or do. The hotel boasts a 3-star rating but in reality doesn’t deserve more than 1-2 stars.

Please stay away from this place!!! This is not a real all inclusive. Poor customer service. Cockroaches on the room and bath room. Shower full of hair. Humidity on the wall and furniture and doors in bad conditions almost to fall down. Curtains falling down. Don’t waste your time and money on this hotel. Worst experience ever. Ac weak Food all tastes the same. Really weird. No flavor. Everything Busy place. Noise loud music regularly introduced to nauseate the environment Snacks are when available and one bite size piece each. Balcony room a positive Very basic small almost too small room
