Location was right across the street from the beach

Room flooded due to window not being sealed properly. Key cards consistently didn’t work. Breakfast selection was okay. Front desk staff were not helpful

No nos gustó que el wifi del hotel es pésimo, no llegaba a las habitaciones ni al restaurante, no tenían tanta variedad en comida.

I could write a whole book about my experience, worst hotel ever, we had to leave the hotel in less than 2 hours. - there is no snack bar, there was only a lady handing out potatos, that was the snack bar no other snack. - we got a room on 15th floor and only one elevator was working, we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator to arrive. -the AC was not working, I called the front desk 3 times and nobody helped me. -no internet at all, as soon as we checked in they gave us a paper to enroll 4 devices, we I try my computer I got less than 1MB when connect but then got disconnected and I was unable to connect again. -when we asked for towels, the towels were dirty, stained and torn. - we talked to the manager (Lida González) about us leaving and she said I will help and she listen all of our arguments, 3 days later Expedia said the hotel refused to do the cancellation because they offered another room, which they never did, she said one thing and did the other, also changing a room would not fix all the issues. -finally Expedia did not help either, they offered me $300 credit with them and I had to book another hotel and pay for all the meals of my family, the only time I needed help from Expedia they did not help, we did not cause any expense to the hotel as we left in less than 2 hours, worst hotel EVER!!!

We left the hotel and left within 2 hours, it was not what I paid for, for example: - AC was not working - I called the desk 3 times to check the AC and help me with the safe box and nobody came. - They said they had snack bar and there was no snack bar, one lady handing out potato’s, they only had 1 snack, no choices or anything like that, no snack bar at all. - No internet at all, I need to connect for work and internet did not work, when I connected it was less that 2 MB and disconnected and could not connect again. - When I asked for towels for the pool for my kids they gave me 2 towels that I thought they used them to clean the floors, they were stained and they were torn. The customer service manager (Lisa Gonzalez) said she was going to help but she did not help at all, she said they “offered” another room and Expedia could not cancelled the reservation when we left in less than 2 hours, we lost $2,000, worst hotel ever, nothing, not one single good thing to say about this hotel, is a complete scam. This is the only time I needed help from Expedia and they took the side of the hotel even when we left in less than 2 hours, the whole experience was BAD

The AC was not working correctly and the never had enough towels. Food was very plain no taste and it look like they were over whelmed by the people. Swimming pool was to small by the amount of people and very limited time to use the pool. In all very bad choice for me and my girlfriend.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, we didn’t encounter any issues and the staff was friendly. This is an all inclusive, however, the liquor/ cocktail servings were really small, the food was well prepared but it wasn’t anything special. The price was low in comparison to the other hotels, so it was no surprise that it wasn’t as nice as the other places we have stayed before.

Everything was fine. Well, it is a three-star hotel. The only bad thing is that they don't have something different from the buffet. In the hotel description it says that there are two a la carte restaurants but my mom never saw them. My niece got her period and stained the bed and they wanted to charge her for changing the sheet. My mom washes it by hand.

Los snaks de muy baja calidad, solo hay un bartender en hora pico y la fila es larga, al momento del checkout no se puede utilizar más la piscina, para las personas q tienen vuelo en la noche queda uno sin saber q hacer con este calor, y para quedarse en el hotel hasta las 5:00 pm el pasadía cuesta $60.000 por persona, es demasiado costoso para sólo quedarse en la piscina

La Propiedad necesita mucho mantenimiento.
