The hotel is in very poor condition, needs lots of maintenance, has no Wi Fi, when we got to the room there was no towels, no bathroom tissue the Air conditioner is very, very poor! we are very disapointed in this place.

No hot water. Worst all inclusive ever. Only food was buffet. one very small bar with very limited alchohol served in a 6 ounce plastic. cup.Staff was very nice room was good, just not what you would expect from all inclusive.
