Lovely hotel and great location. Easy walking to attractions and parking right in front of hotel. Would recommend

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Reims. We chose this hotel for close proximity to the train station, which is directly across the street. Complimentary breakfast was offered and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and nicely presented. We will recommend this hotel to friends and clients and will return for another stay.

Elegant hotel. Staff was very helpful with questions and suggestions. Just a couple of minutes walk from the station. Great location.

Nice room but lacking any view and amenities such as a fridge! Nice bathroom ! Great restaurant and in newly renovated condition. Very convenient !

HVAC did not wprk and our room was on the boulevard side of the building which meant we were eitger hot (window closed) or awake all night with revellers on the street. The have goon "green" but missed the mark No reuseable cup in the room, no daily service, eco-freindly nescafe pods that leak. They need to rethink that initaitive.

The rooms are very nice, the location is great, and the staff are above and beyond wonderful! The airline lost my luggage after a direct flight to Paris. I had driven to Reims and was only to be there 2 days. It took 5 days for me to get my luggage so I had to extend my stay at the Continental 2 extra days. The staff were so kind and everyone felt such sympathy for my situation. The bartenders comped me some drinks and on the last night surprised me by comping my entire dinner, knowing I had still not received my luggage after 4 days at that point. The hotel staff were all vested in whether my bag would arrive and really made me feel so supported in the whole ordeal. They even also only charged me 1/2 on one of my extra unintended day extensions. The kindness of the hotel and restaurant staff is something I will never forget! Between the rooms, location and kindness of the staff, I would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope I do get the chance to return someday.

The location is fantastic. Feels a bit elegant. The restaurant was good. Heated towel rack was a nice touch.

Hotel was perfectly fine. We had excellent service in the bar first 2 nights but on Sunday night we asked for a cheeseboard and were told staff too busy at this stage by man behind bar ( hair shaved and a bun on top). The restaurant was fully booked but it was having a pre service lull - maitre d was having a Ricard with a customer. Hadnt been a problem the night before at all. We left and on the way out Maitred' and another waiter were smoking outside ( when we arrived back later they were doing the same) Understand places get busy but no excuse here

Location is excellent

A great stay at Hotel Continental. Ideal location for exploring centre of Reims, with everything walkable and plenty of dining options close by. Convenient parking right in front of hotel - we paid for 2 days up front and used ticket for multiple entrance and exits. Great to get refillable glass bottles for water and to be offered free glass of champagne in exchange for no room cleaning which worked well for us as only staying 2 nights.
