Clean, comfortable, and beautiful hotel. The breakfast was definitely the next level compared to most Paris/French hotels I've stayed in. And they have filtered water, cold, room temp, or sparkling, as well as loaner stainless steel water bottles for guests. I'm so happy to see a hotel finally putting in an effort to cut down on single use plastics as opposed to trying to save the environment by not washing your towel each day. (which of course is also helpful, but the world is choking in plastic!) And on the towel washing note, LOVE their idea of a free cocktail if you pass on having your room serviced each day.

"Ideal location"

We visited Reims in March. The hotel is perfectly located on the edge of the main pedestrianised area. Perfect for visiting the endless amounts of cafes and restaurants, waling distance to Notre Dame and the Champagne cellars. Staff were welcoming in all areas. We only had breakfast and drinks at the bar so sadly couldn't advise on dinner. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

"Luxury hotel stay."

We have stayed at this pet friendly hotel various times and have always had a very relaxing comfortable stay. We have eaten in the restaurant and had a delicious refined meal. The staff are very welcoming and polite. Great secure location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Will be back.

The hotel is perfectly located with parking just next to it. Close to many sights and restaurants. The room we had seemed to be in an annex as we had to go outside and across a courtyard. The room had no heat and was freezing. The staff brought a space heater that wouldn’t work when we turned off the lights. The windows of the room also faced the area where the staff took the kitchen waste and it was noisy. The staff were very attentive, but the hotel conditions were less than ideal.
