The location was perfect. Parked car there and didn't have to drive anywhere on New Years Eve. Easy walk to waterfront.

There was no ice machine in the Bellevue House we stayed in.

The location is great! Close enough to walk to Thames St. I liked checking in with a friendly person rather than remote check in. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would have preferred to be able to open a window. It did smell a little musty. Also could use some updating but for the price it worked just fine for 1 night. I would stay here again.

"Great location, no heat"

Pros- the location is fantastic, it is very clean, the staff (or at least the very few I saw) were extremely friendly. Cons- Front Desk staff not always available, No blankets provided in room. Biggest issue was my room (#8). It was FREEZING. I was able to track down staff who asked Housekeeping to give me a blanket which did not help much. The heat totally failed on my last (third) night. Also, the room was directly over the kitchen and the smells filled the room beginning at 6am.

I liked the comfortable bed and the location.

Found a bug that looked like a cockroach in our room. It was a bit loud being on Main Street. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Cold quiche and stale muffins.

Nice to have breakfast included but all tables were full when we came in.
