The location is perfect to explore Newport The breakfast was very good. The scones were the best I ever had, and the crustless quiche was delicious. They had other offerings but I did not have them. Good coffee! The bed was comfortable.

I stayed at the Inn on Bellevue, the property needed some attention, carpets were dirty, my room was #3. I had no heat at all and it was a freezing windy night, that would have been ok with me but there were not enough blankets. The shower had no pressure and only dribbled out. Bathroom needed a redo, visible dirt in all the cracks. Cheap HomeGoods decor with stickers still on them and put together furniture that still had the alphabet dots on it. For the price this room should have been much better.
