There was a wait both at check in and check out even with two persons at the front desk, only one person does it. We had a problem with our key card, twice had to go down to activate it not knowing it was the door battery that is the problem. We were tired and just wanted to rest but had to deal with this inconvenience. Maintenance guy picked the door from the outside and said someone will fix the battery in the AM. They never fixed it and had to make sure someone is left in the room to open the door when we go out for breakfast. The night person never reported the problem on the day crew or the manager. It is good we only stayed one night. Bad experience!

The waffle maker The bed was comfortable

The dirty sticky carpet floor in the bedroom. The fumes from the road coming through an unopened window. Electrical switches looking like they were so old they were yellow. Plastic wrapped paper plates and cutlery everyday for breakfast
