A hilton that was out of stock on complimentary snacks for Diamond members for three days. Stocked my room with two towels for three day stay. Housekeeping staff noisy early morning. One elevator out of service. Drab lighting in room. Whole Foods Market store across street.

The use of air freshening products to mask an underlying odor in the halls and rooms is intolerable. Even worse, management claimed the “maids” control the products levels and implied they are to blame for the strong odors.

Property is good. Kabir the night auditor checked me in and made sure to wait because I had multiple flight delays. Even though the person I spoke to on the phone did not put the note in my reservation like he assured me, Kabir was smart enough to wait for me. He was helpful and pleasant. I like that the hotel texted to check on me as well and ask me how my stay was going, never had that happen before! Free breakfast was good. Convenience store could use more items. This was a great stay.
