Fabulous experience! Couldn't have felt more taken care of and valued during our three-day stay in Rio at Fasano. Employees were extremely kind and hospitable, and the premises were very well maintained. This brand is extraordinary and totally in sync with the New York Fasano Restaurant and the club on Fifth Avenue. Top three experience among stays/brands I have encountered worldwide! Thank you!

"Não me senti em um Fasano"

Gostei do restaurante gero, do café da manhã e da localização. Já tinha ficado lá outras vezes.

Não manteve a qualidade da última vez que fui, nem se compara com o serviço dos Fasanos de São Paulo. O hotel envelheceu a a piscina da cobertura o serviço não é muito bom, demoram e ficam controlando os hóspedes pedindo cartões. Ou seja, sei que o acesso somente para hóspedes, mas deveriam pedir algo na entrada da piscina, não ficar chateando o hóspede depois que já está sentado. E serviço não muito atencioso, não ficam de olho no hóspede, ficam conversando ou no celular. Estava na dúvida entre Fasano e Copacabana Palace, optei pelo Fasano mas nas próximas no Rio vou ficar no Copa.

Good location by the Ipanema beach.

Room with worn and scratched floor; pillows with a bad smell; poorly done room cleaning, clearly only the bed sheets were straightened without any concern for cleaning; problem with the hot water in the shower for consecutive hours. Morning breakfast overly charged for what's served.
