"Localização é o diferencial. Serviço deixou a desejar."

Localização e estrutura do rooftop. A vista da praia e o pôr-do-sol foram incríveis.

O atendimento é bom, mas não é excepcional e genuíno (o que se espera em um hotel verdadeiramente cinco estrelas). O atendimento da recepção tem um ar blasé que é cafona e outdated. Chuveiro do quarto com baixíssima pressão e a torneira da pia é um transtorno para fechar. 15% de serviço indicado como "Gorjeta Espontânea", já incluso na conta sem qualquer pergunta, me pareceu ousado. O serviço no café da manhã é desatento, embora bem intencionado. Água cortesia no quarto deveriam estar sempre na geladeira - geladas. A água no serviço de praia também deveria estar gelada desde o momesmo da abertura do serviço (09h00). Quarto já precisando de manutenção estética.

Apesar de solicitar, por duas vezes, que me fosse colocada a 2.ª cadeira na varanda (como todos os restantes quartos) nunca chegaram a faze-lo, nem deram qualquer justificação para o não fazerem. Se não conseguiam era melhor terem sido sinceros. Poderia ter sido uma estadia perfeita.
