Only thing that I liked was that the bed was comfortable.

I'm a person who sweats a lot. Aircondition did not work as expected (Was not cold).I tried adjusting the thermostat and it did not work. Customer service was not friendly. It was just a gloomy day.There was no ice machine working on my floor. Breakfast was not what I expected it to be.Juice machine was out of order and there was no breakfast meat.I don't know if there was to be or not.There was no one refilling the food.

The location

The room was in bad condition. There was mold in the shower, the flooring was coming up. The room smelled like pee. The AC made a loud growling sound whenever it came on.

It was clean and comfortable and pretty well equipped with everything needed for a stay my room was a good size n so was the bathroom. And the staff was nice and respectful and didn't complain about my kids being kids which was great! 😃😃😃

The pool was only open on the weekends and the bed was on wheels I guess bc they kept moving 😂
