Nice staff decent place

No cold water in bathroom. microwave covered in food liquid ect. Metal under bed very loud

Convenient location to where we needed to be.

The bathroom had no soap and was outdated. The water did not get hot at all. The gentleman that did breakfast was slamming things and just seemed irate about something.

The cost

There was no extra towels, the pool hours were not reasonable, the staff was rude, I never was given soap for my room, my room was never cleaned, my room was stinky when I checked in, i had to wash my own towels to even get towels then was told I could not use dryer past nine pm.

The bed was comfortable and good shower pressure

Any service provider should know ‘first impressions count’ ..we arrived after a long drive of 10 hours to be greeted by reception with they have no pet rooms left…yet we booked 6 weeks ago stating we had a small dog and showed the receptionist the booking stating this…finally got a room where the carpets had not been vacuumed, the door lock was broken, the shower was dirty and the thermostat was hanging off the wall…not impressed at all ..definitely not a ‘Quality’ Inn..see photos

Very good location with gas station in walking distance.

Bathtub was dirty and had to clean it myself.
