Avoid at All Costs – Blatant False Advertising This so-called “resort” is a complete fraud and should be removed from Booking.com immediately. Not a single photo on the listing reflects reality. The images are either decades old, heavily edited, or taken from an entirely different property. What you actually arrive at is tired, dirty, neglected, and frankly shocking. The entire place feels run-down and uncared for. Dirt and grime are everywhere, and the most disturbing part was seeing dirty beds and mattresses left in the hallways, as if basic hygiene and guest dignity are optional here. It looked more like a building being cleared out after closure than a functioning hotel. The rooms are old, worn, and filthy. Nothing matches the description. Nothing feels refreshed, maintained, or welcoming. Calling this a “resort” is laughable and insulting to actual resorts. It’s misleading at best and deceptive at worst. Booking.com should be ashamed to host a property that so blatantly misrepresents itself. We chose this place based entirely on the photos and description, and what we got was the polar opposite. This experience ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Do not believe the photos. Do not believe the description. And absolutely do not stay here.

Persone sempre sorridenti e disponibili, qualità alta. Karon Beach non è lontana a piedi e nella zona ci sono alcuni ristoranti dove cenare con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Che sono dovuto partire troppo presto. Metterei due macchine del caffè per la colazione perché la coda è lunga.

What a lovely hotel. Every room has a swim up room. With bars dotted around for drinks and food delivered by boat! Gorgeous!

The Christmas music drove me nuts. It was carols all day every day.. so if you're going at Christmas time, be warned. On our first night we got the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was beyond hard. We called reception, and within seconds, hotel staff came with 4 mattress toppers. The were the quilted type. Not memory foam, so did absolutely nothing. I couldn't sleep and cried from pain. The next morning, I spoke to the receptionist who moved us to a twin bedroom and the beds together, so it just looked like a huge bed. It was fabulous like sleeping on a cloud.

The Best hotel. Everything was perfect. The breakfast, the dinner, the pool. Most of all the wonderful, friendly staff. If I ever come back I will definitely stay there again.

Richtig tolles und vorallem zentral gelegenes Resort! Sehr sauber Sehr stylisch Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool. Wir bekamen sogar noch ein Upgrade bei Ankunft, in ein Zimmer mit Privatpool. Eigenen Rollerverleih direkt im Hotel Alles Top - Wir würden wieder buchen

Fitnessraum könnte länger als nur bis 19:00 Uhr offen haben :-)

Fabulous place clean rooms. Staff are exceptional so nice & friendly, the food is lovely & reasonable. This place is ideal only 10/15 minutes walk to town & the lovely beach where the guys are great, the street food is lovely just a little walk from the beach.
