Access Resort & Villas - SHA Plus

Stayed here over new year , overall was impressed at my room 164 with swim.up pool outside my doors. Room was very modern and clean & looked quite newly decorated . Having been thailand a few times thought the tui package holiday was good value , having paid more previously and been basic . Restaurant breakfast was good enough for me and the meals offered dinner & evenings was good too Atmosphere was very relaxing , evening was quiet and midnight silence . Been solo traveller was easy to communicate with other guests , mainly couples or family's. On arrival I asked about my friend who I always see to stay and would of paid the whole vaccation . But was told no guests allowed . Then 2nd week 2 days before coming told could stay at 1200 baht I'd of paid that x 14 .. As I spend my whole vacation with her. I would love to return again here but due to the above , I would have to think hard

It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming as I was by myself. The best hospitality in Thailand. They even gave me and upgrade to my room. Best place I stayed in Thailand!!

This hotel is very pretty and it was lovely having a swim up room. We had a room at the end of a "pool" which gave us a feeling of having our own bit of paradise. Very clean and very friendly hotel We came here after a week in Krabi and have to say we preferred Krabi. It's more cosmopolitan and has better pedestrian friendly paths & less mosquitos ( we found.) There were some downsides to this resort: - The bed was incredibly hard. It was like concrete and we slept badly. There is no wardrobe or chest of drawers. - The breakfast could have had more choice, such as pastries. The coffee machine always seemed faulty. - The mosquito problem is bad. - the road to the beach is precarious with paths that are parked on and you have to walk into the road. The traffic is manic Phuket beach was busy but lovely and the sunbeds were cheap and the attendants were attentive. If you have already booked , you will enjoy yourself but be aware of the pitfalls.

Stayed here for 4 x days on way to Oz… ( couple plus 21 year old) remarkable tranquil feel within the hotel; delightful friendly staff; unique setting of access to water/ pools from ALL rooms ( which were superbly clean spacious & comfy) swim up to bars fun & delicious cocktails! .. plus of course the picturesque boat delivery of room service via the waterways! truly remarkable place. Outside, it is bustling street life,markets, stunning beaches, fantastic location for Walks to beaches( Karon, Patong, Kata) or easy taxi.. restaurants a plenty. Boat trip to PhiPhi island an absolute must. Unfortunately we left an iPad ( with students uni assignment on!) in a taxi to airport… staff here went above & beyond in communications secured the return of iPad to hotel,(remarkable in itself!) held on to it, .. packaged it…so we could courier it home to UK.. it arrived today!! Could not be more grateful for the amazing support and kindness by the staff… we are so so enormously grateful and highly recommend staying here to experience all it offered us..and more! Stunning on so many levels. Do not hesitate to book if you are looking!!

Stayed in rooms 165 & 170, rooms were beautiful straight in the main pool, hotel staff were lovely and friendly nothing was to much trouble, even though onto a main road was easy to get to everywhere, would recommend Kata beach for beach and Mama Gin for food across the road.

조식 메뉴가 많지는 않지만 다들 호불호 없이 먹을만 한 메뉴라 잘 먹었습니다. 시간도 넉넉해서(6:30~10) 아침 일찍 출발하는 투어에도 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 마주치는 직원들이 모두 웃어주고, 알아봐줘서 좋았습니다. 다들 기억력이 좋으신듯 해요. 한국인도 없었지만, 그 나라 사람도 하나도 없어요. 샤워젤/샴푸가 레몬그라스 향인듯 한데, 생각보다 질이 좋은것 같아요.

메뉴 변화가 거의 없었지만(4일동안 쥬스 1가지, 식사메뉴 1~2가지변동) 즉석 계란요리나 신선한 샐러드등은 좋았습니다. 투숙객이 대부분 서양인이라 그런지 태국메뉴가 없어서(국수가 한번 나왔는데, 누군가 만들어줘야 할것 처럼 생겼는데, 직원이 없어서 못 먹어 봤네요) 간단한 설명과 셀프 쏨땀 정도 있으면 좋을듯 합니다. 객실내에선 금연인것 같은데, 수영장 주변 비치베드 등에선 흡연이 가능한지 다들 누워서 흡연... 담배냄새 피해다니기 힘들었네요. 호텔입구에 좀 더 커다란 간판등이 있으면 좋을것 같아요. 4일간 렌트카로 다녔는데, 입구찾기가 힘들어요. 특히 밤에는 더 안보이네요.
