Nice hotel with all room direct access to the pools. Very good furnished private terrace. A little far from the shops, restaurants and the beach, but had a free shuttle service twice a day. Really nice garden with several pools, with always available sunbeds. The hotel has a very good spa, with a large choise of massage and other treatment, with a very affordable price. (Not a lot more expensive that local one in the streets).

Nothing, except the breakfast juice had an industrial taste. Could be better in a country where plenty of frest fruit is available all year long for almost no money. We experienced better in other hotel.

Lovely hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not very extensive, but at least big enough for us. Eggstation at breakfast is great. Rooms are very nice and poolaccess from everyroom is awesome. You can also get taxi from hotel wich makes it very easy to travel different places.

Stayed at this stunning relaxing hotel 16th -31st Jan Room 139 which unfortunately didn't get much Sun However this was a blessing just a short swim to the island for as much sun as possible. The staff at this hotel are absolutely incredibly friendly helpful very polite & nothing is too much trouble. The hotel itself is very calm , peaceful and relaxing .The breakfast is good plenty of choice. I did hire a scooter from the hotel for 10 days at a reasonable rate. there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance nearby. I enjoyed this hotel and would highly recommend it while visiting Karon beach Phuket

I stayed here for 2 weeks from 14th to 29th January in room 184 on a package booked through Tui. I absolutely loved the concept of this hotel and I spent a huge portion of my holiday on the patio of my swim up room. My patio got the sunshine all morning until about 1.30pm and in the afternoon,  it was a beautiful shady haven!  My room was clean and comfortable, classed as a twin, it was two beds made up together to make a super king sized bed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well. Bedding and towels were changed daily. A couple of small niggles,  very little storage space/coat hangers for one person, let alone two people.  I used every inch of it. There was only space to store one suitcase too. My room looked out onto a large white painted brick wall,  which needs some more trees and shrubs planted to hide it - a simple fix, but perhaps not noticeable unless you are staying in the room. The room wasn't overlooked so felt lovely and private with no one opposite me. Breakfast was great,  plenty of options and the freshly cooked omelettes were always delicious.  I was given two complementary dinners which were OK,  but the food wasn't really to my taste.  I usually sat and had a cocktail in the bar after I returned from eating out, but it was always pretty quiet there, despite having a live band playing several evenings a week.  The quiet low key atmosphere suited me and it was lovely when staff remembered what I liked to drink. Every member of staff I encountered in the hotel was absolutely lovely,  very welcoming, friendly and professional.  I think that the location of the hotel is great, it really worked well for me.  There are a plenty of nice restaurants nearby - Mama Jins and The Elephant Restaurant were a couple of my favourites and there's a supermarket a few minutes walk away. The road outside is very busy and initially I was horrified by the thought of walking along it. After a couple of days,  it didn't seem as bad, but you do need to take care! There's a courtesy bus to the beach twice a day at 10am and 2pm - you need to reserve a place on it at reception beforehand if you want to use it, they can also get a taxi for you, there's always loads outside waiting.  If you walk to the beach, it takes about 20 minutes, a level walk with plenty of shops to look in along the way.  There's a fab night market in the grounds of the Temple about 5 minutes walk from the hotel,  this is held on Tuesdays and Fridays. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I were to return to the area

From the outside not as promising as some of the other grander hotels in town, but what a friendly, low rise, calming hotel. Wasn't expecting much, but room large and cool, keot very clean, swim up room was lovely and our terrace got afternoon sun which was great. Swim up bar lovely and cooling, drinks good and plentiful, buffet breakfast good, fair choice, but the star each morning it was on was the chicken noodle soup, not something we Brits have for breakfast, but so light and refreshing, made ti order infront of you, delicious!! There were a few little tired areas that needed a little updating, and not on the beach, a 20 minute stroll down to beach, but as a nearly 70 Yr old, and not fit, I could do it easily, and if 4 sharing a tuk tuk back up the hill costs about £1 each if tired! We'd stay there again, not 5 star luxury, but comfortable, there is a spa and gym too, didn't partake, looked ok.
