Everything was amazing! Especially the breakfast buffet!

I couldn't stand the pillows on my bed they were very uncomfortable.

We recently stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa after flying in late, and overall we had a wonderful experience. When we arrived, it was clear the hotel is currently in the middle of renovations, but even with the updates happening the property was still beautiful. Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the breakfast the next morning—it was excellent. What truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional customer service, especially from Tamika at the front desk. I had a credit tied to a particular credit card that could be used during our stay, but because of the renovations the market was unavailable. At first it seemed like the spa was also unable to charge services to the room, so I thought I might end up using the credit on snacks and water at the check-in desk. Tamika went above and beyond to help. She took the time to look into it, worked with the spa, and figured out a way for me to use the credit toward an hour massage. That extra effort truly made the whole stay special. Because of the amazing customer service—especially from Tamika—I would happily stay here again. It’s always wonderful to see a hotel with staff who genuinely care about their guests and go the extra mile.

Property was under maintenance and how it shows like a resort I do not feel it’s a resort it’s a hotel with 11 floors. I like the design and infrastructure of the hotel.

I do not like that the staff does not know how to treat a people as they see us as an international people and no smile on the face. We are spending so at-least some complimentary things needed no water nothing. Visit in India or other country they will show you what’s the service is called. Guest is the priority but here money looks priority.

Stayed at the Embassy Suites Concord on 19 January. Prior to arrival was not informed the hotel was undergoing major renovations and had intermittent water service. Upon check in was told that water would be shut off at 10am on the morning of 20 January. Prepared to shower at 915am on 20 January and water had already been turned off. Went to front desk and was told by front desk agent, Tameka Matthews, that I would not be charged. I was charged. I don't mind paying for a hotel stay that includes flushing toilets and running water for a shower. I can even work with a hotel when I am informed of the actual hours that water will not be available, but this is completely unacceptable.
