Holiday World RIWO - Teens Hotel

Not great fare for vegetarians . We are a bunch of 4 Indian families that goes to a resort every year from UK and have experienced many such beach side resort s in Spain . This be one was good for facilities such as an indoor pool and access to beach . The negatives were very poor food ( we were 1/2 board ) and very little entertainment for the little ones . We forked out 250£ for 31st night and the party and the food was very poor value for money

Poor quality of food, no variation and very little choice. New Years dinner was a disaster. Overworked and understaffed,felt sorry for the staff. Clean rooms.

Upon arriving we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who went through all the details of our stay. First impression was the hotel looked amazing and clean. The weather wasn't great and I wasn't expecting to pay to use the indoor Poor which was open at ridiculous time of 11am-3pm only. £8 for a 30 min sauna session seemed ridiculous. We were expecting 4 twin beds as sold by e bookers only to be told this actually dosnt exist in the hotel. To the credit of the staff they put in an extra fold up bed in the living room so we ended up with 2 beds a sofa bed and this fold up bed for 4 adults with one child. The room isn't what you expect in a 4 star with everything pretty dirty and dated esp in the kitchen. It was pretty depressing to be in the hotel so we spent most of the day out in the rain. Hotel shop prices expensive even for a bottle of water but the breakfast buffet had a good offering. On the whole staff friendly and pleasant. Rooms need a thorough clean and updates and you shouldn't be paying for use of an indoor pool at a family holiday hotel.

Great complex gps shows slightly wrong due to size of site, its actually four hotels on site.

We have just been for a family holiday after previously staying at the Polynesia and we were extremely let down the rooms are spacious well equipped and clean but that is where it ends. The hotel has a big function room for entertainment which it only used on a Friday and Saturday night all other nights the children were dancing with the entertainment staff at the bar not sure if this was a ploy to stop adults getting to the bar but definitely no bar to have a quiet drink. There was no entertainment we had to go to Polynesia to watch their entertainment and pay for all our drinks. The health spar was included but you had to buy a 3 euro hat and pay to use the sauna and steam room. The food was very bland and we had to wait for the Buffett to be refilled as not enough staff to cope. There was no choice of which bar to use as the manager decided if he would open the pool bar or not and you had to walk upstairs when you wanted a drink or food and because the pool bar was closed no music by the pool. I definitely will not be returning.

Was to far out from town, water park charged full price when rides closed and rats were found at hotel!

Well kept hotel food allways good water park great for the kids 5 mins in the courtesy bus nightly entertainment starts at 9.30 bit late if you got little ones

Overall I was happy with the hotel after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming and very helpful both at reception/pool and restaurant. The pool area had lots of activatity for both adults and children. If you did want to visit the Aqua park then there is a free shutle bus that leaves the hotel every 10/15 mins which was fantastic. After reading some of the reviews regarding the food at lunch time and in the evening I can tell you that the was plenty of variety and the food tasted good (kids loved the desert section). The only negative comments I can give about this hotel is that you are out of the way of any shops so you would have to catch a Bus into town but if you want a relaxing holiday with the kids by the pool with no shops etc then this hotel is great. Would recommend this hotel and would go back

Big hotel with in and out pools and beach. Food not very good though. (personal taste?) Had salad and fruits most days. Would go again.

Hotel had just open after winter break things just opening up. Staff very helpfulness with giving out information and arranging taxis
