Holiday World RIWO - Teens Hotel

Nice clean hotel although not able close enough to walk into town .

plenty off choice at meal times.staff were fantastic.the wife had her phone stolen at a bar in the marina.when we got back to the hotel we told the lady on the reception , she went that extra bit to help and sought things out for us when really she didn't have to..i think she should be awarded something .to be honest all the staff were great as well . .

This hotel was clean , comfortable and the food was of a good standard. The only real problem was the location. Outside the complex there is nothing {other than a beach} for miles. Also be aware of CLC World, timeshare sharks constantly hanging around - DON'T GO WITH THEM!

We had stayed 5 days with 2 kids. Really enjoyed our stay. Food was good. Mid after noon snacks & drinks were good as well. Value for money.

The hotel, room, facilities, staff and most of all food was exceptional and well accommodated for families with children.

The room floor hadn't been cleaned and was dirty.Hotel facilities were ok but was disappointed with buffet provided.The staff although friendly had not kept up records well and we ending paying twice for wifi services we were provided as the staff who took cash didn't give us a receipt and told it would go in the records wasn't there when we checked out and our records showed we hadn't payed for wi fi.!!The hotel is a bit far from the beech as we have to change buses to get to beach which would be difficult with a toddler and pram.Also the bus was full with no seats and had to stand carrying a toddler ,not fancy doing it again.

This hotel boasts 4 stars and gets a 5 review, it is massively overrated. Reception staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. The beds are awful. If you require room service, they charge Euros 20 plus the cost of food. They just don't want to give a service. The outdoor pool is free but the indoor pool costs Euros 12, and there are charges for using the Gym and health club, for late checkout, and garage. Wi-fi is only available in the lobby area and costs Euros 5/day/device. We checked out after two nights and completed our holiday at the Nexus Hotel which was superb, true five star quality.

On my arrival i met the recepsionist and there were 2 in that one was with very bad attitude this is the minimum i can say and as i was waiting in the cue and she was treating peoples with their nationalities and may be some other reasons, when my turn came she didnt responded me properly and when i am talking to she is list bothered to look at me and gave me her backside, as i travel very often to diff places but i never met any of the person like her. and i also complaint about her to the manager of the hotel and everyone over there knows about this incident. even when afterwards i was talking to some other customer they to agrry with me for her bad attitude and behaviour and thats why her manager apologied to me and from next day she came on with a new attitude and was treating properly to me after all this things happnd and a big complaint on her.

Great hotel spaces rooms beds. Everything you need is in the hotel shops restaurants etc great pool area.

really nice place, the beach club was fantastic. and the food was excelent , just didnt like having to que up for drinks in the piano bar.
