Superior Hotel

Nothing to like, do not believe the photos.

Changed rooms as the bed linen was stained, second room bed linen had pen/,felt tip marks all over but was clean. Out dated, ceilings falling down in places, silver fish in the bathroom, everything closed down other than reception, not a pleasant smell when walking around. This is no longer a hotel it really is just a hostel which should be made clear on the website.

Did not stay took 1 look and left went home weekend ruined

The location was great for us

The bedding was dirty which was a shame

Hotel was like a ghost town, only my car in the carpark and the hotel was full

Unclean, blood on the sheets, skid marks in the toilet.

Everything, it was dirty, I'm pretty sure it's like a halfway house .. stunk, holes in the ceiling and wall, marks and stains in the bath and stagnent water god knows how long it had been there, asked for a refund after about 20mins of being there, was told no and they would offer me a new room, I told them I took pictures and I wouldn't leave until a refund had been done, I was asked to send the pictures over to the manager who wasn't there at the time, and the reply I got was if I delete the photo's I could have a refund.. £66 for the room, I was told it was budget, even for a budget hotel you expect cleanliness and to feel safe, if i could rate it in the minus marks i would
