Superior Hotel

Ok sized room, but sadly its very rundown and dangerous as well.

Soon as you enter the hallways, it looks like it's going to fall apart, ceilings drooping and very dirty, room was good size but EXTREME BOILING HOT,, the staff could not turn down the rads as they was broken, and said he can't turn down the boiler either, it was powering the sun, it's very noisy externally, the air in the room was so bad, and i felll severely unwell and had to go hospital, i caught an infection in the hotel and was ill and on antibiotics for 6 days, the bedding is also poisonous to millions of people, as made from polypropelene, which causes respiratory breathing, asthma, lungs conditions and burns the skin, it's a highly dangerous allergen, and for just £1 £2 more you can buy duvets which are safer, and that don't cause dangerous reactions to guests or children. Could be nice if they fixed it up, but sadly many hotels just don't bother. Staff also lied to me, when skiing is i can please change rooms, claiming that booking com selects the rooms and they can't change it at the hotel, really extremely bad lie to tell, when booking select nothing at all and have never even seen or been to you hotel, don't treat guests like they've never been to one either, I've been in over 1,000 hotels, so find a lot of lying lazy staff who don't care about guests. You could have simply changed rooms, instead of putting my life at risk, in your faulty dangerous hotel. Did anyone say law suit?

The name of the hotel flatters the premises but having said that I did have a nice quiet sleep after a busy day at wotk

I like the location only

Not clean , smells weed and smoke while walking to your room ,really old showers,leaking taps in bathroom. When I asked to clean my room staff asked me why do I want to get room cleaned
