The place where the hotel is situated is fine We were like the place. The staffs are so kind and so helpful. The way they are approaching the clients was hat’s off

During our one-day stay, we encountered difficulties with the shower facilities. The water temperature fluctuated significantly, making it challenging to take a satisfactory shower. As a solution, we used water bottles mixed with the available water for our personal hygiene needs. We communicated this matter to the administration, and while they made efforts to assist us, a resolution was not achievable. They have granted an extension of our stay for an additional hour.

Washroom was not cleaned properly there was no toilet paper, bath tub was so dirty

This is a "hotel" for immigrant families and others the council can't house. If you are expecting a hotel, don't use this! The room, although clean was extremely worn out, and I actually thought the window was open but it was just that the window wasn't sealed at all, it was freezing. Bed was extremely lumpy, and basically a sheet to cover you up. The bathroom was worn out, rust everywhere including the shower head. Do not use this unless you have to! Even then, I would try anywhere else first!
