Superior Hotel

This is not a Hotel it is a boarding house for council tenants and immgrants, its very noisy at night with lots of banging, they also get you to pay as soon as you arrive before taking you to your room

First of all, all the pictures of rooms and property are uploaded fake on booking.com by hotel. The hotel is totally different than the photos. Then the bed was like a rock. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The room lights were not working. tv was not working. The most important thing was no Wi-Fi connection and my room was so inside the property my phone lost the networks. i spent the whole night without Internet connection. they gave me room so far from reception and there was no phone networks no wi-fi in the rooms in case if i need assistance in midnight there was not even telephone in the room. rooms are too noisy as well. it's horrible experience for me. i will never recommend is property too any one. booking.com please care your clients. 🙏

I did not stay. I was there 20 minutes and had to leave. Smelled really bad. Room nothing like the picture. Very poor all round. Staff friendly. But the hotel a very very poor standard. Just not for me.

It is not suitable for anything. I am surprised it it is available on booking.com
