The following are my opinions and nothing more. No hot water. Typing this review as I wait. They were going to send maintenance to the room - for what I do not know, it is not like there is a hot water heater in the room. In reviewing other reviews here I see that other folks have had similar issues - sad they didn't just tell me that they can't get hot water up to the rooms. Maintenance finally showed up - turned on the water and left to get a "valve wrench". LOL. Water is running hot after 5 minutes but the maintenance person has not returned. Water is just running. Charge for parking - not covered, secured parking; just parking in the open lot at the hotel. The upside is they did not charge me when I mentioned the absurdity, and they noted I am a frequent Marriot customer. 17 dollars to park in an open parking lot. Noise - Air Conditioner was clanky and noisy. I appreciate that wall units are always a little loud but this situation was a bit louder. Very loud buzzing noise off and on in the bathroom ceiling. I could not find the source - something in the ceiling. Generally I try to stay at Marriot's for loyalty points, etc. but this one was a let down.

Place was fine but the hotel had NO HOT WATER….which is important and a basic service I asked about a discount for the inconvenience and the answer was NO BECAUSE YOU BOOKED THROUGH HOTELS.COM. Is that correct? Not a very good look for Hotels.com.
