"Superb experience"

We love coming here. The food at the restaurant in the front is especially delicious, the atmosphere is high-quality, and the waitress, Porsche, is as fast as her name suggests, very attentive and kind. I recommend you meet her.

"We really enjoyed our stay"

The facilities were great enough pools to choose from always clean. Room with Balcony lovely. The location was great as close to beach walking distance. the Happy hour out the front was relaxing . Resturant food at front was great we ate there a few times. Staff pleasant and always there to help.

Not alot but we had no pen or paper in our room to write with. Also maybe change the breakfast menu like the soup abit more often .

"Great property near to Patong beach with great vibrance."

Pretty vast n well spaced property with pretty expansive frontoffice, concierge and Bar in the same complex. Restaurant and brfast zones are nearing to sea facing road zone within the complex. Supportive front office n service staffs. Pool is great so is the balcony overlooking pool. Rooms were pretty spacious with great comfort. Breakfast has great varieties and fabulous taste. Restaurant serving very authentic Thai and continental dishes We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The welcome cookies were excellent and they even gave us extra when we were leaving. The pool, massage, jacuzzi, breakfast were all amazing. The location was perfect. The staff were excellent and it was a very peaceful stay.

Tevreden over de bediening, dit is een van de weinige plaatsen waar ze zeer goed engels spreken. We werden enorm vriendelijk geholpen door Lisa aan de receptie, Mutty maakt de beste coconut lattes voor ons, Paula zorgde voor heerlijke cocktails en Liam voorzag ons van alles wat we nodig hadden tijdens het dineren in hun restaurant “the Port”. DoubleTree by Hilton voelt als thuiskomen dankzij de mensen die er werken. We hadden een geweldige ervaring hier!
