"One of the most beautiful hotels in Patong"

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The property is extremely clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located, making everything very convenient for us. One of the highlights was definitely the food — delicious, high quality, and with a wide range of options, especially at breakfast where there was something for everyone. What truly makes us come back year after year is the exceptional staff. Every single team member goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We are genuinely grateful for their kindness and professionalism. A special thank you to Joffery Byrgiel and the managers, especially Jefferson and Vishwajet, for their outstanding leadership and hospitality. From the reception, big thanks to Ploy for her warm welcome and assistance. We also truly appreciate the restaurant team — Fon, Champo, Linda, and all the staff — for their excellent service and friendly attitude. Fantastic hotel, very modern with an imposing lobby, 3 very large swimming pools all with swim up bars. The rooms seemed to be recently decorated and were nice and modern, plenty of room in the bathroom, the bedroom was perfectly formed but just a little bit too small to be ideal, as was the balcony, it was OK for 2 people but if family rooms are the same size it maybe a bit tight.Many happy hours throughout the day moving from one bar to the next, however the best happy hour was 5pm-7pm at the mojito bar overlooking beach road, buy one get free with beer and selected cocktails, the full price of a cocktail was generally 195 bht which was cheaper than anywhere else in Phuket, aslo the food was very well priced. Very good breakfast buffet. This hotel represents very good value. Sign up for Hilton honors for 10% extra discount on food & drink (excluding happy hour),
