Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in/making payment at the hotel. DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Resort is undergoing enhancements to improve your stay. Timmy’s Pool will be refreshed through June 2026 and select rooms through November 2026, with noisy work limited to 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Location, clean, great friendly service. Noom and porsha were accommodating at breakfast time. Pool has a good vibe with music but only for a few hours so can still get nice quiet time. Fast service at the swim up bar and the main bartender there was great

Couldn’t check In til 4pm so waiting in lobby in sweat pants was not comfortable especially coz there’s no aircon in the lobby area. Check in should be at 2 or 3 like other places.

"Timmy's Pool Bar the best in Patong."

I have been coming to the Banthai Resort since 2015 and met some incredible people, in particular Timmy from Timmy's pool bar. Timmy has been the deciding factor in choosing where to stay in Patong as his service and charm is second to none. I have recommended the Banthai resort to friends over the years and they have never been disappointed. Thank you Timmy for making my holiday so memorable 🙏🏻 10/10
