Väldigt trevligt hotell, bra mat och trevlig personal, mycket rent och fint! Fick snabb och bra hjälp med vad vi än frågade om. För oss var det ett stopp på en längre åksträcka och passade utmärkt för ändamålet. Inte ett ställe att stanna på annars pga inte så rolig omgivning

I didn’t like anything this was the WORST experience I had in a hotel

The staff was very rude!!! The rooms were hot no A/c and for $200 for 1 night I was expecting a much better experience!!! They didn’t even offer free breakfast when spending that much money you would think you would be accommodated!! And the Manager is VERY rude I believe her name was Veronica I can’t remember but she treated me and my friends horrible while hanging out at the pool. I wouldn’t recommend anyone spend their hard earned money at this hotel I get treated better at a hotel on Monkhouse!!! .

The fact that it had shuttle service and the staff at the front was nice and friendly.

It could use an upgrade on the overall appearance. The doors were scratched up, the carpet made the room smell. The air conditioner was loud and didn't work well..had to place it on 65 just to be uncomfortable. The room still had things on the floor .I guess from the previous guest. The bathroom sink is slow at draining. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were so soft we had to fold them to make them firm enough to keep our neck aligned. It was disappointing because the Hilton is always our hotel of choice, no matter where we go.

It was clean, had a restaurant.

Even though the temp in room was 68, it was still very hot.

The room was very clean, but we had problems with the A/C, which the front desk did send someone up to fix it and it did start working again, but the room felt really damp like the unit was not pulling out the humidity.

The A/C could have been better. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant/bar was very nice and the restaurant was open until 10:00 pm which was great as we did get in later.

Clean
