It was clean and nice.

AC in my room was broken and all that I got was “I am sorry about that.” Hot water did not work, even let it sit to see if it would kick on, never did. Room wouldn’t drop below 73 degrees.

Location

No microwave in the room. Fridge wasn’t working until it was unplugged and plugged in again multiple times. There were never towels for the pool. Staff opened our door twice while we were inside, felt very intrusive. It was like maids didn’t know which rooms to clean so they just opened every door. Also door hanger ripped super easy. Parking instructions and garage were confusing and not very clear.

The staff deserves 10 stars! Everyone from the front desk to bartender, wait staff was very nice and accommodating!

My family and I had three rooms and everyone had the same complaint! The bathtub....The tub in my room has black mildew..I think this is a concern and something that needs to be addressed. The bathtub does not meet the standard for a Hilton property! The rooms are expensive so you would think that everything would be up to par! Please address the issue with the tubs at this property
