Location, clean

Sheets were scratchy. Not a lot of guests, but they seem to book people right next to each other. Price high for area and day of week.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE! L'hôtel nous a débité après notre départ une somme qui correspond a une deuxième nuit d'hôtel. En plus alors que nous avions les petits déjeuners inclus ils nous ont également débité une somme qui semble correspondre a cela. Nous ne sommes sûrs de rien car l'hôtel malgré nos multiples demandes fait le mort et ne nous transmets aucune facture. L'attitude du personnel et ce double débit ont gâchés nos vacances.

Everything was brand new.

Loved my room, the bar/kitchen, the food, the staff, common areas! All amazing!!!

No grass for my PomPom to go potty on. 🙄😀

I loved the pool and restaurant and bar.

We were charged $56 for our 12lb Maltese. There was absolutely no grass for my dog to go potty. She eventually peed on the rocks. She pooped in the hallway going back to our room. I cleaned it up with my poop bag.

The staff was excellent and the pool was 24hrs so it was easy to tire our kids out after a long day of traveling

Loved the water bottle refill stations in with the ice machine!

Did not service room and when asked them to after 2 nights they said they had no housekeepers on duty that day. Have stayed there in the past specifically for good breakfast. It was subpar at best and not enough food for all guests. Also, no milk for cereal.

very clean

breakfast was difficult. eggs to order didn't really have anything to add to omlettes. years past they had a lot. they used to cook them in front of you now they do in the back, hashbrowns and sauage pattoes? now they only cook a little at a time....I suppose they didn't plan on me wanting to eat more than a few bites. so you have to wait and ask. They want to save money but find a way to do so without me feeling like I am asking too much to just come in and eat.

Easy to find

The room wasn't very clean there was finger prints on all the mirrors, there was hair laying on the floor and the trash cans had no liners
