Waikiki Beach Condominiums

Location was good.

Our condominium was infested with cockroaches. We contacted security who contacted the offsite manager and we were told that they could not move us to another unit that night. Because of the lateness of the hour, we stayed a miserable night, keeping the lights on to minimize the number of cockroaches that come out. A manager came to our unit early the next morning, and saw the cockroaches. We cancelled our 6 day reservation and moved to a cleaner hotel. We were charged for the one night which I think should be refunded because we were not provided a clean and hygienic place to stay. There were cockroaches in the dishwasher and where pots and dishes were stored, as well as crawling on the floor.

Wifi not working

The property is in the center of Waikiki. Everything was in walking distance. What we liked the most was the private, secured access to the building. We didn’t have to work about leaving things in the car and security was always on site.

Good walkability to beach and shopping easy access to tour bus stops and other island transportation

Bed was cement. Property was fairly clean but very outdated no grab bar in bath and no non slip decals floor very slick poor water pressure. Toilet would not flush unless you held the handle for at least 10 seconds. Seating was not comfortable. We slept on the 2 folding beds with futons on top, which was actually comfortable but took up so much of the floor space we were crowded. No internet for the first 2 days and cable was not great. Pool closed due to wind for most days of our 2 weeks.

Location was convenient

Sheets were way too old.. pillow cases have holes and smell terrible. Your pullout bed for my son has spring popping out and can not use it. He has to sleep on the hard sofa/couch..bugs and tiny ants.. Not clean either.. furnitures are super old. I was too scared to look closely..

I like the location and big space, very clean and laundry, parking lot very safe because i have a spot to parking already reserved.
