Waikiki Beach Condominiums

The room would have been fine except for a few issues. Yes, it was very dated cosmetically inside. But the issues we had were cockroaches and an airconditioner that was extremely loud making earplugs necessary to sleep. Additionally, the bedroom door did not close which limited my husband and my privacy from our teens who were staying in the living room.

Location was good. Central Waikiki - close to beach and all amenities.

Property was very run down, with broken fixtures. Poorly maintained and not particularly clean.

Unbelievable amount of roaches in room had to buy bug spray room smelled of musty being shut up hairs in shower on arrival no tv and n bedroom very accessible to beach shopping and restaurants security staff was very nice maids were nice

Convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. Pretty comfortable for a group of 4, has all the amenities we needed. En-suite laundry is a plus. Used the pool a couple of times during our stay.

Stayed here a couple years ago, price has tripled.

Proxity to places of interest.. Location wise it's too good

Before reaching the hotel, had called a day earlier and the lady who answers the call assured us that the room would be ready for us as early check in. However, the opposite had happened. We reached and were asked to leave our luggage in the room and come back after a couple of hours. I wish we were informed beforehand that early check in is not possible, we would have exited the airport after freshening up.

This condominium is located in an excellent location, close to everything, and the best thing is that it has a garage included in the rent. the staff is very discreet and nice, the apartment is clean and has everything you need for your stay.
