Would not recommend. Photos that they show are not your rental. Hard time reaching owner and we left and would not refund our money. Listed as a hotel but its 1974 condo.

Staff sucks no one around to talk to. I guess someone else does the booking and they sick at it. I didn’t get to stay here because they over booked and no one even answered me. I was a lot happier where they sent us too. ILIMA hotel is amazing come here instead.

Having used this type of lodging often for business and pleasure I am familiar with what to expect. This place was minimally outfitted, the bedroom carpet was very dirty and the bathroom pocket door was usually broken. Many lights not working or able to be fixed. Great lanai, great security and services.

I rented this property 5 months prior to my visit, however, I didn’t stay here. They were fully booked. That being said, that set us up at Ilima Hotel and it was great!

Overall the property was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in process, especially with travellers flying in late in the evening. If it wasn't for one of the friendly tenants calling the security guard for me, we probably wouldn't be able to get into our suite. There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in. But other than that, our stay was great!
